  • How is Commercial Cleaning Priced?

    Commercial Cleaning pricing is based off of the size and type of space being cleaned along with the frequency of cleaning required.  Other factors affecting price are the type of flooring (carpet vs hard surface) number of washrooms, if there is a kitchen and volume of people that go through the space.  For example cleaning a large Gym on a daily basis will cost more than once per week cleaning of an office.

  • How is Residential Cleaning priced?

    Residential cleaning rates are based on type clean requested/required and square footage of the property.  Different types of residential cleaning would be: regular Maid Services, Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning and Move In/Move out Cleaning.   It will also cost less to clean an apartment vs a small home and more to clean a large house.

  • How long does it take to clean a typical house?

    The amount of time is most affected by the type of cleaning and the size of the property.  Cleaning times flow from least amount of time to the most as follows: regular maids services, standard clea, deep clean, move out clean. Typical standard clean takes around 3-4hours total, with a crew of two running time is half of that, for each of the clean we provide a check list for you to review and any additional requests can be easily accommodate, this cleans are not based on time and rather completion of the list to ensure a client is happy with the results. 

  • How often should I have my residence cleaned?

    As a general rule, we suggest that you are regularly cleaning up and tidying up after yourself.  If you don’t have the time to clean your home yourself.  Our most popular frequency with clients is bi-weekly, however we are happy to customize your needs as needed. We offer anything from weekly, bi weekly, every three weeks and monthly service. If you clean your home regularly we would recommend hiring a cleaning company for a  Deep Cleaning service on a quarterly basis.  If you are moving out of or into a new property we highly recommend booking in for a Move In/Move Out cleaning service.

  • Are you insured and do you have business license?

    Yes absolutely we are fully insured and licensed.  We have also won several awards and are the consumer choice award winner for the best Janitorial service in Southern Alberta.

  • Do I need to be home when my house is cleaned?

    Most of our clients are not home during the clean, you can TRUST our team to take good care of your property and we are happy to call you 30min before finishing for a walk through if desired. There’s no preference on our end it’s up to each client to decide.  In most cases clients meet us to let us in and to provide access to the property.  This is a great time to go ver any specific requests.  Many clients also provide keys and alarm codes for regular reoccurring maid services.  They feel safe doing so as we are a reputable licensed and insured professional cleaning company.

  • Do you use eco friendly cleaning products?

    Yes absolutely we carry large selection of eco friendly cleaning products in order to be able to accommodate every need and request of our clients. 

  • What measures are you taking to guard against Covid 19 and other infectious diseases?

    We are always staying up to date with the latest required health and safety measures including covid-19.  Before each clean all our equipment is disinfected, our staff wear masks/gloves  and we practice 6ft rules. If any staff are experiencing symptoms they are required to report them and to stay away from work and get tested.

  • Do you clean upholstery and mattresses?

    Yes absolutely we offer competitive rates for all upholstery cleaning from chairs, sofas, love seats to mattresses.
